| Done | Structure seems too dense. The house was pretty warm so the slow rise may have been due to lack of gluten structure to hold gas. Last time I did Mix/Kneed on Speed 4 and for probably 7-8 minutes. Next time keep speed at 2 and increase time to 7 min. |
