The traditional Chex mix with some local variations

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - Spices
- 1 tbsp Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
 - 1 tsp Onion Powder
 - 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 - 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 - 3 tbsp Hot Sauce
 - 4 tbsp Worcester Sauce
 
 - 1 cup Cheerios
 - 1 cup Corn Chex
 - 2 cups Wheat Chex
 - 1 cup Rice Chex
 - 2 cups Crispix
 - 1 cup Nuts (mixed or whatever you like)
 - 1 cup Pretzels (whatever type you like including Pretzel Goldfish)
 - 1 cup Cheez-Its or Cheese Goldfish
 - 1 cup Bagel Chips
 - 1 cup Croutons
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
 - Melt butter in oven safe container
 - Add spices to melted butter
 - Put mix items into large roasting pan
 - Pour butter and spices over Chex mix and stir
 - Put roaster into oven
 - Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour 30 minutes
 - Remove from oven and spread out over waxed paper and allow to cool
