Ingredients
- 8 oz package cream cheese, soffened
 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 medium cucumber (?? gr), pealed, seeded and finely chopped
- I use English cucumber w/o seeds
 
 - 1/4 tsp garlic salt
 - 1/2 tsp white pepper
 - 1 tbsp fresh dill
 - 24 slices white bread
 - 12 sprigs dill, for garnish
 
Directions
- Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise in blender until smooth, scraping down sides and blending thoroughly
 - Combine cream cheese mixture with cucumber, garlic salt, white pepper and chipped dill
 - Spread mixture on top of twelve white bread slices and garnish with fill sprigs
 - Cover with other bread slice to form sandwiches
 - Cut and discard crusts from bread and cut them into quarters
