 - Cook Time: 12-15 min
 - Other: 1+ hr marinating
 - Total Time: 1 hr 30 min
 - Servings: 6
 - Yield:

Ingredients
- 60g runny honey
 - 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
 - 60ml (2.5oz) light soy sauce
 - 200g (7oz) skinless chicken breast, cut into slivers
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Directions
- Place the honey, mustard and soy sauce into a bowl and mix well.
 - Add the strips of chicken to the sauce and mix well to ensure they are all well covered in the marinade.
 - Cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour.
 - Preheat oven to 350 °F (No temperature included in book. This seems to work close on cook time)
 - Soak some bamboo skewers in a little cold water to help stop them burning in the oven (or use metal ones), then thread the chicken pieces onto the sticks.
 - Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, arrange the chicken skewers on the tray and bake in the center of the oven for 12-15 minutes, checking the chicken is cooked through and the juices are running clear.
 - Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if you like, then serve immediately.
