Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the Dry Rub: In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, vinegar, dried oregano, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), brown sugar, dried sage, and ground cumin. Mix well to ensure all the spices are evenly incorporated.
