History
- 2024-07-30 – Added 1 cup of raisins and made a little smaller scoop. Got 4 dozen and all cooked in 10 min. This is a very nice option. Chocolate covered raisins in a cookie. How could this be a bad thing!
- 2024-04-18 – I had some leftover butterscotch chips and mixed these with chocolate 3 to 1. Since Kathy prefers no nuts this gives a nice flavor variation. Good as always
- 2022-11-24 – No nuts so added 15g additional flour. Probably made them too big. Original recipe says 60 cookies and only got 45 but they are very good.
- 2023-02-24 – No nuts again so extra flour. Tried to make them smaller but only got to 48 this time. I think to get 60 they’d be too small. Forgot to set the timer (10 min) for last batch and I think I overdid them by about 1-2 minutes but they’re just a bit crispier than the others.
