These are some of our favorites and good references for doing our traditional Thanksgiving.
- We don’t brine (have tried it) and have never had any trouble getting a tender and moist turkey. We shoot for 16-18 lbs

- Cranberry Sauces – I generally make these several days in advance to allow them to better gel the flavors
- Cranberry Sauce with Pinot and Figs – Bobby Flay (Food Network)
- Fresh Cranberry and Orange Relish – OceanSpray
- Mashed Potatoes
- Turkey stuffing
- Turkey gravy
- Pumpkin Rum Mousse (& Whipped Cream)
And then, the day after Thanksgiving.
- Turkey Bone Stock – Emeril Lagasse – Food Network
